Using the Ariel Global Chemical and Regulatory Content with CISPro automatically flags chemicals that are subject to regulatory control by CAS numbers and associates those chemicals with the regulatory controls that affect them, such as SARA, Tier II, OSHA, DHS, and EPA as well as international regulations. The enhanced Tier II reporting capabilities recently released for CISPro Global and CISProLive provide a vital tool for increasing productivity without increasing costs. Now, CISPro users can more accurately and automatically track, calculate and report hazardous chemicals on site to address government reporting requirements.
Organizations that have hazardous chemicals on site are required by U.S. EPA regulations to submit Tier II reports about those chemicals to various state and local agencies. Regulations Behind Fire Code Reporting
“Fire codes” is a catch-all term used to describe a wide range of codes designed to ensure protection from fire hazards by requiring specific storage, handling and disposal activities designed to ensure site safety. And, fire codes are just a start, as there are an astounding array of not only fire codes but also associated regulations that the organization’s EH&S professionals must strive to meet, including but not limited to:
